Blue

So, yesterday was a pretty regular day for me, I had to work...and so I decided to share my outfit for the day. I wore a black scooped-neck collar blazer and a long, strapless turquoise sundress with my leopard scarf. My accessories were gold bangles, black cuffs (*), gold hoop earrings, and black flower sandals. I wore my hair in a parted down-the-middle, low ponytail look to keep it simple. Let me know your thoughts and have a wonderful day.:)

Let's Go Downtown

So, last Friday, I had a meeting to go to and I felt like wearing my new colorful wedges out, which made for a very cute AND colorful outfit. I wore a gray lapeled blazer over my white cross t-shirt (*) with blue jean shorts (*). Sounds a little plain right? Well...here comes the spice, ;). For my accessories, I wore a leopard-print scarf (again, what else? I love the print) (*), hot pink hoops BUT with a twist (I added silver keys to them (by now, you know I have to be different, it wouldn't be me if  I wasn't), a turquoise and tan purse (*), a black cuff, a black-gold spiked cuff, light and hot pink bangles, a big, chunky green cuff, a blue cuff, and my tan wedges with the multi-color heel. I love this outfit because it's so different, so cool. It's one of those funky, downtown sort-of outfits in my opinion (hints the title). Hope you guys like it, sound off in the comment section and let me know your thoughts.

Tomboy Chic..

Every now and then, I feel the urge to pull out my inner tomboy and put her on display; this outfit, for work one day last week, is no exception. I wore a white t-shirt, a Men's gray pin-striped vest, and hot pink skinny jeans (*) with  black flats (*). I wore a gray beanie (*), black and white glasses (*), big hot pink hoop earrings, light and hot pink & silver bangles, and a black bangle. I love this outfit because it is very comfy, and the added bonus is that it's still very girlie while being so casual. Let me know your thoughts.

Blue is one of my favorite colors and it is also a color I've been told I look great in, and so with that in mind, I wore this comfy but cute outfit. For this outfit, I combined my blue and gray together again (hey, what can I say? I'm still a U of M Tiger at heart, :)). I wore a three-quarter length gray cardigan-type shirt (*), light blue tank, and a royal blue bodycon skirt (*). My accessories were a gray beanie (*), black and white glasses (*), turquoise and silver spiked hoop earrings (*), and granite gray platform heels. I really felt so cute in the colors. Spots Everywhere You Turn...

Hello, hello, hello. How have you guys been? It's been a hectic two weeks since my last blog entry and I've got some cute stuff to share with you. So...without further adu, here goes...This outfit is something I wore to church the other Sunday. By now, if you've been following me, you know that I absolutely adore leopard, which is why I demonstrated my adoration in yet another outfit. I wore a leopard three-quarter-length shirt borrowed from my mom with red pallazo pants (*). For my accessories, I wore gold post earrings (*), a gold bangle (*), and my nude, sky-high pumps. For my makeup, I chose simple with a bold red lip (my signature). I love this outfit for many reasons- it involves leopard and red. I hope you guys like it as much as I do.:)

Such a Perfect Mix...

So, this past Sunday, I decided to try a color combo I've wanted to try for a while now-wine red (basically, almost burgundy) and red. For church, I wore a faded three-quarter length blue jean shirt, a wine red tank top, and a red high-waisted skirt with a caramel-colored skinny belt. My accessories were gold post earrings, a gold bracelet, a wine red clutch, and wine red pumps (all seen in other posts). I love this color combo, actually more than I thought I would.:)..As always, sound off in the comment section and let me know your thoughts. Have a wonderful weekend.P.S. sorry the pictures are so blurry.:/

Blue and Gray Madness!

Hello, hello, hello. Oh my goodness, it has been exactly 10 days since my last post and I've hated it. I've missed posting because I've been busy and computer issues, so, bare with me. Now that my explanation is out of the way, here's my outfit. This is an outfit I wore last week during finals, on Friday, I believe. I wore a blue and gray striped, spaghetti-strapped sundress. I wore it with a tan waist belt around it. My accessories were a gray beanie, gold post earrings, a tannish brown cross-shoulder bag, and light brown sandals (most seen in other posts). I love this outfit because it's just simple but very cute. Let me know what you think in the comments below.
P.S. the dress has a pretty gray lace back but I forgot to take a picture.:(...maybe next time.

Cotton Candy

Hello, hello, hello! How have you guys been? It's been a few days since my last entry and I've been super busy moving, working, and getting ready for finals (they're this week, wish me luck *crosses fingers*). Well, enough with the formalities, lol, as you can see, there will be no Street Style for last week (sad face)...but I will do a quick update on my casual outfit for my first day of finals. I kept it very simple but still very cute. I wore a navy blue Polo cap with a light pink horse, a white off-the-shoulder, crop top, and cuffed blue jean shorts. My accessories, along with the hat, were white and silver pearl post earrings, a pink Hello Kitty watch (Shoutout to Allison,my newest follower/my fellow Hello Kitty lover), a turquoise blue purse (as seen in a previous post), a pink and white polka dot belt (it's reversible, the other side is pink and green, with a white stripe), and my hi-top pink Chucks. I love this outfit because even though it's very casual with the ball cap and Chuck Taylors, its also still very girly with the pearl earrings and all the pink. I also love it because I mixed in the pinks and blues (hints the title, Cotton Candy, get it?). Hope you guys like it as much as I did. Sound off in the comments below.
